Each natural person may hold only one active Account on zk888. The operation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether registered with the same or different personal information, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, zk888 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, cancel all pending bets and transactions, and forfeit any bonus balances held in those Accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times during the registration process and in all subsequent communications with zk888. Any material misrepresentation, including but not limited to false name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and fund forfeiture.
The following categories of individuals are expressly prohibited from registering an Account on zk888:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zk888 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose, or permit any other person to access your Account. All activities conducted through your Account — including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility regardless of whether such activities were authorised by you.
zk888 strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. In the event that you suspect or discover any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the zk888 support team immediately via the live chat function. zk888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where reasonable security measures were not taken by the User.
Security Notice: zk888 will never contact you via email, SMS, or messaging applications to request your password, PIN, or full payment details. Any such communication claiming to originate from zk888 should be reported to our support team and disregarded entirely.
zk888 currently accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and USDT (cryptocurrency via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction in the zk888 cashier. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, payments made from accounts belonging to a person other than the registered zk888 Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned in full and the Account subject to review.
zk888 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the deposit is credited to the Account. zk888 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own conversion charges for which zk888 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be processed to verified Accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the zk888 KYC process by providing valid identity documentation (national ID, passport, or equivalent) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. zk888 may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability for outgoing transfers. This requirement is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering control. In circumstances where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, zk888 support will advise on the applicable alternative procedure on a case-by-case basis.
Verified Accounts submitting withdrawal requests before the daily processing cut-off will receive same-day processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically clear to the recipient wallet within 30 minutes of processing approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours and are subject to network confirmation times.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the zk888 cashier at the time of the request. zk888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend standard processing times pending satisfactory completion of the review.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on zk888 are subject to these general bonus terms and the specific terms published on each individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a zk888 Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before the bonus balance, or any winnings derived from it, becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the Account.
zk888 monitors all bonus-related activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-margin or high-RTP games with the intention of meeting wagering requirements without genuine engagement; using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; and making deposits and withdrawals without genuine play. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently closed.
All promotions on zk888 are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for specific promotions may be subject to minimum Account activity, deposit history, or geographic restrictions. zk888 reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer from any Account at its sole discretion.
All bets placed on zk888 are subject to the platform's general betting rules and the sport-specific rules published on the relevant betting market pages. zk888 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, including where a bet exceeds applicable market limits or is placed after the applicable cut-off time.
In the event that a bet is accepted at an erroneous price caused by a manifest error, system malfunction, or data feed failure, zk888 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's Account. zk888 will not be liable for any losses arising from system downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party data errors. Where technically feasible, affected Users will be notified via Account notification.
Live in-play betting markets on zk888 — including PSL and international cricket markets — are subject to rapid price movement and market suspension. Bets will be confirmed at the price available at the exact time of acceptance by the zk888 system. A bet confirmation screen is displayed for each accepted live bet. Bets showing as "pending" are not confirmed until the confirmation screen is shown.
All casino games, live dealer games, and RNG games available on zk888 are operated in accordance with the rules of the respective game provider. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's interface. Where an Account is closed by zk888 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a User breach — for example, for business or regulatory reasons — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances will not be returned in any Account closure scenario.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact the zk888 support team via live chat. All pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules, and the resulting balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC requirements.
